Its Time for Appraisal
Are you all ready for the yearly performance review. Just wanna share with you what are those words really mean :
- Outgoing Personality - Always going out of the office
- Great Presentation Skills - Able to bullshit
- Good Communications Skills - Spends lots of time on phone
- Work is 1st Priority - Too ugly to get a date
- Active Socially - Drinks a lot
- Independent Worker - Nobody knows what he/she does
- Quick Thinking - Offer plausible excuses
- Careful Thinker - Won’t make a decision
- Uses Logic on Difficult Jobs - Get someone else to do it
- Expresses Themselves Well - Speaks English
- Meticulous Attention to Detail - A nit picker
- Has Leadership Qualities - Is tall or has a louder voice
- Exceptionally Good Judgement - Lucky
- Keen Sense of Humour - Knows a lot of dirty jokes
- Career Minded - Back Stabber
- Loyal - Can’t get a job anywhere else
- Plan For Promotion/Advancement - Buy drinks for all the boys
- Of Great Value To The Organisation - Gets to work on time
- Relaxed Attitute - Sleeps at desk
So guys, anything above refer to you. The first one reflects me a lot … hah hah …

hi ici … setiap org dilahirkan berbeza … masing dianugerahkan Allah akal dan fikiran tetapi kita sendiri harus membentuk dan menjadikannya seperti yang diinginkan …
